Konnichiwa! My name is Camron Thompson & I’m a 23-year-old writer, teacher, & creator of Born Hero. I created this company to further my passions for manga writing, mental health, and most importantly my relationship and devotion to God. Born Hero is a company that is deeply connected to Jesus & Spirituality while promoting and advocating mental health in many different ways. My purpose is to bring people closer to God, and that’s what I intend to do with all of my stories. I plan to publish a Manga graphic novel, which will tell a story of the many inner demons the main character faces & his journey to overcome them through his Faith and God’s will. As someone who has suffered from depression & anxiety for many years, I understand how it feels to constantly feel as if you’re going through it all alone. Born Hero is a reminder to be the hero of your own story and save yourself through God’s grace. We want to be a pillar that you can look to for a reminder that you’re not in this alone. We all face inner challenges & the only way to overcome these negative holds on ourselves is the practice of self-love & connecting with our creator.
